Description

Our full-day program begins with a Ballet Technique class followed by Pointe/Progressive Ballet Technique class and Variations to ensure the proper development of this incredibly beautiful art form. The afternoon is filled with a variety of classes each year, some of which may include  Irish Step Dancing, Ballroom, Yoga/Pilates/Conditioning, Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Phun with Physics, and Dance History. Grand Allegro students will also have afternoon rehearsals consisting of our amazing instructors’ choreography in the varying styles, as well as variations, all to be performed in the Saturday Noon Performances.

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:45 pm and Saturday 10:00 am – Performance End
